Article 1: Your guarantee: satisfied or refunded

If you are not entirely satisfied with the product you have purchased, you can return it to: Animaux-en-résine.ch – Ruelle de Borjaux 4 – 1807 Blonay, specifying whether you would like a exchange. Please return the item concerned, postage paid, together with its invoice, within 7 days of receipt of your order in the original packaging.

Article 3: Our prices

The prices of our products and services are indicated in Swiss Francs, VAT included.

For deliveries outside Switzerland, a supplement will be charged per item for postage costs by international economic post.

Sales in the European Union may generate customs taxes which may be added to the sale price and which are the sole and entire responsibility of the buyer or recipient.

Item 4: Payment

Payment for your purchases made on our website can be made when ordering, by credit card, VISA, MASTERCARD or  by bank transfer. If you opt for this dernière option, it is understood that  your order will not be dispatched until actual receipt of the funds for your entire purchase.

For customers wishing to  pay by payment slip :

1. The purchase price is due before delivery of the ordered goods.

2. The customer can pay his invoice either by payment slip, or by bank transfer mentioning the order number.

Article 5: Description of products and services

Sculptures in resin and other materials may have weaknesses, particularities or originalities that are an integral part of the work produced. The purchase by the customer of such parts is deemed to have been made with full knowledge of the facts. At the moment of the realization of the sale, the customer irrevocably waives all claims for default or hidden defect, which the customer acknowledges and accepts. The dimensions of the works are given for information only. The dimension given is, unless otherwise stated, the dimension of the support (sheet, cardboard, canvas, etc.).

 

Article 6: Period of validity of our offers

Unless otherwise specified, our offers of products and services are valid within the limits of available stocks.

Article 7: Availability of products and services

The availability of the sculptures presented on the site www. Animaux-en-resine.ch  is regularly updated. If for any reason, a given available work could not be given to the customer, the sums paid would be fully refunded to him, without him being able to claim any compensation.

 

Article 8: Delivery

Your package will reach you by post (small items)  or by one of our partner carriers (large items). Our prices are calculated ex warehouse. We bear part of the costs of preparation, packaging and postage of your package.

 

Article 9: Shipping costs

For small dimension objects:

Costs delivery are offered for theOrders over CHF 200.-.

For large objects:

Delivery costs are defined according to the dimensions et le weight  of the package to be shipped, and the place of delivery.

 

Article 11: Right of access to the file
